The files and folders in this Notes database can be mapped as a shared drive to the users computer. For Windows the best program to create this shared drive to the WebDAV server is WebDrive.com. Mac and Linux systems support WebDAV nativity very well. Users will be able to manage the files and folders in their personal WebDAV drive, add-delete-rename files, add-delete-rename folders and so on.

Users will be able to manage the files and folders on their mobile device, add-delete-rename files, add-delete-rename folders and so on and sync these changes back to the users personal WebDAV drive and vice versa.
